So... asking in twitter for a theme to talk about a scrapbooking, some people wants learn about inks... ¿¿really can I talk some new about them?? ¬¬ maybe some of you knows all things about inks but I'll try to tell you my experience with the different  type of inks... and my tricks :P

You can find some types of inks but you must know about the specialities of each in order to stamp with the better type for your project. All inks are quite different and the first quality that you must know is the composition and the surface. I'll show you many different inks and uses for them, is much easier that sounds... I swear!! ;)

Preguntando en twitter por algo para contar acerca del scrapbooking varias personas quieren saber algo más acerca de las tintas ¿¿realmente puedo contar algo nuevo sobre ellas?? ¬¬ quizá muchos conozcáis todo sobre las tintas pero voy a intentar transmitirte mi experiencia con los distintos tipos de tintas... y mis trucos :PP 

Puedes encontrar varios tipos de tinta pero debes conocer sus especialidades para poder saber cual es la que más conviene a tu trabajo. Todas las tintas son muy diferentes y la primera cualidad que debes conocer es la composición de la tinta y la superficie donde vas a usarla. Voy a enseñarte diferentes tipos de tinta y los usos para ellas, es mucho más fácil de como suena, te lo aseguro ;)

1.- Memento (Tsukineko) - Dye Ink 


For me is the best ink for using markers like Copic that are made with alcohol based for the pigments, you need a fast drying ink for using markers. Memento is totally black and the coverage in watercolor paper is perfect, stamping very clean and bright.

*My trick: If you use often the "blender" marker probably the ink transfers your stamp or project and looks with blur, try to use the "blender" marker from out to in, always is preferably repeat the colorization that fix the black's shape.

Para mí es la mejor tinta para usar con marcadores tipo Copic que tienen una base de alcohol, necesitas un secado rápido para poder usar los marcadores. Memento es totalmente negro y la cobertura en papel de acuarela es perfecto, estampa muy limpio y claro. 

*Mi truco: Si usas el "borrador" de Copic muy seguido en una zona esta tinta va a transferirse al dibujo,  trata de usarlo de fuera a dentro y sobre todo recuerda que siempre es preferible repetir la colorización que tratar de arreglar un borrón negro.

2.- Versacolor (Tsukineko) Ultimate Pigment ink (1 inch cube)



I've some of these... 1 inch per ink?? please give me twenty (lol). Is the best way to pick different colors with a small price and with the best quality. The pigment ink is perfect to stamp with some types of stamps (clear, rubber...) on different surfaces. Vibrant colors, perfect coverage but the "unique" problem is that you must wait to dry, not much time but a bit

*My trick: I've used two or three color in the same stamp with masks for hide different parts of it. But if you're a newbie the best way is with clear stamps, and add a little glue dot for keep the mask in place and then remove it

Tengo muchos de estos... 1 pulgada por tintero??? por favor dame veinte (jajaj) Es la mejor manera que conozco para tener diferentes y variados colores con un pequeño precio y una altísima calidad. La tinta de pigmento es perfecta para estampar con la mayoría de los tipos de sellos (acrílicos, goma... ) en diferentes superficies. Colores vivos, cobertura perfecta, quizá el único defecto que le veo es que debes esperar a que seque, pero no es mucho tiempo :)

*Mi truco: He usado dos y tres colores en un mismo sello usando "máscaras" (papel para tapar zonas) pero si eres un poco novato es mejor que uses sellos acrílicos (son transparentes) y para fijar la máscara puedes utilizar un glue dot que luego quitarás. 


3.-  StazOn (Tsukineko) Solvent Ink 


The BLACK... probably was my first ink pad and is so special. StazOn is an every surface ink, you can use with paper, metal, plastic, aluminium foil... <3. It works with non porous and semi porous surfaces ¿perfect? really yes but StazOn has "little" problems.

Is a nightmare to clean in clear stamps and very hard in red rubber stamps if you don't use the StazOn cleaner. The clear stamps isn't completely clean and the cleaner isn't cheap but absolutely necessary, keep that in mind when you buy this ink.

*My trick: For stamp words and phrases I prefer other ink, StazOn in semi porous surfaces isn't clear and your work looks dirty. Much better to stamp words is using a pigment ink

El NEGRO... probablemente fue mi primer tintero y es muy especial. StazOn es "todo superficie" puedes usarlo con papel, metal, plástico, aluminio... <3. Trabaja con superficies no porosas y semi porosas ¿perfecta? realmente si pero StaZon tiene "pequeños" problemas. 

Es una pesadilla con para limpiar con los sellos acrílicos y es muy difícil con los rubber stamps si no usas el limpiador de StazOn. Los sellos acrílicos no quedan completamente limpios pero ayuda mucho éste limpiador (no hay que abusar de él). El limpiador no es barato pero es necesario, tenlo en cuenta cuando compres tu primera tinta de éste tipo.

*Mi truco: Para estampar palabras y frases prefiero otro tipo de tinta, StazOn en superficies semi porosas no queda claro y puede verse sucio el trabajo. Mucho mejor para estampar palabras es usar una tinta de pigmento que te aportará mayor cobertura
